* Where is my package?

If you have placed a order please allow 7-10 business days for shipment (Excluding weekends and holidays)

 
* I want to cancel my order and I want a refund.

All cancelled orders on customers behalf will be charged a restocking flat fee of $9.99

Why WASNT I refunded for shipping?

*We do NOT Refund shipping once orders are placed you have a 24hr window to cancel  to receive a Full refund along shipping minus the restocking fee.

 

*What happens after I order?

You will receive a email with confirmation.The next form of communication will be a email with tracking no need to keep checking back.

 

*Why is shipping taking so long?

W e want to provide all kurvie ladies with quality wear at a discounted price. However when we run sales shipping may be delayed but no worries all of our customers matter to use an you will receive your items.

 

*I do not like what I ordered I want a refund!

We aim to please every customer but however we sell inmate wear which is why we offer Absolutely no refunds or exchanges ONLY store credits are given.

*My order was returned because I inputted my address wrong what can I do?

You must purchase a reshipping label located on site.
